South American Tour Dates Announced
GreenDay.com has just announced six dates that Green Day will be playing in South America this October. As of now we only know the city and the date the show will be taking place in, but a list of venues should be coming shortly.
You can check out the a complete of dates that have just been announced along with list of all of the 2010 shows that have been announced up to this point on our tour page.
Also, we can't confirm if this is the full list of dates for the South American tour at this time.
Brazil:
Sao Paulo, Brazil - October 20, 2010 - Tickets on sale May 25th
Rio de Janeiro, Brazil - October 15, 2010 - Tickets on sale May 27th
Porto Alegre, Brazil - October 13, 2010 - Tickets on sale July 16th
Brasilia, Brazil - October 17, 2010 - Tickets on sale June 16th
Peru:
Lima, Peru - October 26th, 2010 - Tickets on sale May 15th
Costa Rica:
San Jose, Costa Rica - October 29, 2010 - Tickets on sale May 15th

Video of Green Day's Late Night performance
Last night, Green Day performed on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. They performed a cover of a Rolling Stones song called 'Rip This Joint.' The video can be watched below. I must say that it was an awesome performance.
